How do I return an item?
Please read below before submitting returns.
Please include the following information in your ticket:
- For faster processing we encourage you to do your returns as soon as you have one.
Due to our suppliers wanting serial numbers, we will need the item in the original packaging with all items it came with or we cannot process the return for that item.
- Our Joyetech items carry a 90 day warranty from the date you purchased the item.
All other products have a 30 day warranty from the date you purchased the item.
Our suppliers will not warranty clearomizers, atomizers, or coils.
We encourage you to test all items before you replace them to your customer because if we test them here and they work then we will return them to you.
If you send an item back un-opened for a store credit there is a 20% restocking fee.
- Please send no more than 10 items at a time.
The more information you provide, the quicker we can process your returns.
- Order number(s) of items
- Quantity of each item
- Item(s) that are defective
- Brief description of issue with defective item(s)
- Whether you'd like a replacement or store credit for item(s) upon approval
