We will need you to submit a ticket to the returns department.
- You will need to include the order # that you purchased the item on
- (and the name of product, quantity, and color if that applies)
- We will send you a reply with an RMA # for your returns.
- Include in the ticket if you want a store credit or replacement.
- Only 10 items or less per return ticket.
For faster processing we encourage you to do your returns as soon as you have one.
Due
to our suppliers wanting serial numbers, we will need the item in the
original packaging with all items it came with or we cannot process the
return for that item.
Our Joyetech items carry a 90 day warranty from the date you purchased the item.
All other products have a 30 day warranty from the date you purchased the item.
Our suppliers will not warranty clearomizers, atomizers, or coils.
We
encourage you to test all items before you replace them to your
customer because if we test them here and they work then we will return
them to you.
If you send an item back un-opened for a store credit there is a 20% restocking fee. |
